Natural remedies and exercise help you get a radiant look, but a balanced diet is playing a greater role in maintaining skin beauty

Healthy proteins and nutritious fruits as well as vegetables go a long way in making your skin bright.

  • Omega 3 fatty acids found in fish and walnuts are beneficial to your skin.
  • Vitamin C found in citrus fruits and spinach could heal pimples faster.
  • Make sure your diet has fibre-rich foods, fresh vegetables, nuts, and unprocessed fruits

A good source of biotin and avocados help prevent dry skin.

Caffeine in tea and coffee may help protect your skin against skin cancer.

Eating salmon (fish) improves skin elasticity.

Eggs contain a vitamin called biotin which protects against dry skin.

Pomegranate is an antioxidant-rich fruit and may help skin create more collagen, while speeding healing.

Eating walnuts can help you get a smooth and younger looking skin.

Eating any tomato-based foods such as sauce and tomato juice may help clear up acne.

Blueberries and cherries which are loaded with antioxidants help your body fight blemishes.

Eating more vitamin C-rich foods, such as strawberries, may help ward off wrinkles and age-related dryness.

Tofu may help preserve skin-firming collagen because it is rich in isoflavones.
