Balanced diet benefits skin

         Sugar and salt intake should be controlled. 

         Healthy proteins and nutritious fruits as well as vegetables go a long way in making your skin bright.      

  • Omega 3 fatty acids found in fish and walnuts are beneficial to your skin.
  • Vitamin C found in citrus fruits and spinach could heal pimples faster. 
  • Make sure your diet has fibre-rich foods, fresh vegetables, nuts, and unprocessed fruits

         Caffeine in tea and coffee may help protect your skin against skin cancer.
