A simple life style makes me happy and jovial in life. It also reflects on my beauty. Positive attitude gives me lots of energy and peace.

Diet

Breakfast

 First, a green tea in the morning, then a smart breakfast-- Idly or dosa

Lunch

Rice is a must, but limited, just a bowlful. I take sambar and other vegetable curries along with it. A glass of juice after lunch.

During day

I drink a lot of coconut water

Dinner

Salad, egg or chapatti and dal Orange, anytime, its part of my life I dont eat junk foods much.  Just for the tongue and not much for stomach

Workouts

Its difficult to workout regularly as  I am always  outside, shooting, mostly in villages. So I control my food intake.
