It is known to clear the skin of acne, blemishes and scars too! There are a number of yoga positions that you can possibly do to reverse the signs of ageing, including wrinkles, saggy skin, crow’s feet and fine lines. With regular practice of these asanas, the facial skin becomes soft, starts glowing and the cheeks turn pink.

It also detoxifies your skin and body of the possible toxins while helping provide proper nutrition at cellular level. Beauty through yoga will take place only with the right balance of diet and exercise. Believe it or not, yoga helps you lose weight.  Suryanamaskar, Trikonasana, Yoga Mudra, Pawanmuktasana, Bhujangasana, Ushtrasana, Sarvanghasana and Halasana are a few postures said to stimulate blood circulation in the body, reducing stress and tension. Pranayama helps provide oxygen to the cells. Thirty minutes of pranayama such as Alom Vilom, Kapalbhati, Bhastrika, Bhramri and Sudarshana kriya (rhythmic breathing) can be a secret to your beauty.
